Some people find it simpler to give on a rhythm than to decide again every time. Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly — whatever matches how you get paid. Not more. Just settled.
It takes about a minute, and you can change it or stop it whenever you want.
Not a transaction. A seed.
The lights, the rent, the sound in the room, the people who carry Sunday. The unglamorous half of every ministry.
gNXTGEN — birth through college, and the special-needs community. Somebody is discipling them on a Tuesday.
Grief, questions, an empty tank. What you give is already part of how they get met. You will probably never know their name.
You do not have to announce it and you do not have to explain it. God saw it. That is the whole point, and that is enough.
God loves a cheerful giver — so around here, we give hilariously. Not because the amount is funny, but because a person who has stopped being afraid of it gives like that.
